Managerial competencies / Learning Teams (on-going process)

This is the red-thread throughout the MBA programme, allowing participants to consolidate their experiences and managerial competencies.Managerial behaviour is learned in a classroom but it is not taught as such. Through the original concept of Learning Teams, a personalised monitoring and collective learning session, MBA participants understand more about managerial competencies, such as self-mastery, leadership, ethics and communication.

Business simulation
At a pivotal point in the year, you will apply your knowledge of business fundamentals to the management of a virtual company operating in a complex multinational environment. While you seek a careful balance between competition and cooperation; this course will put to the test your newly-honed skills in teamwork, business analysis, decision-making, and negotiation in this fast-paced course when real-world conditions of highpressure business operations require a full and practical integration of all you have learned so far.
